Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating a reason. The goods must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.

How to Return

1. Send us an email at info@flexwear.ch with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you the return address.
3. Return the goods at your own expense.
4. After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
