General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Effective from: April 1, 2026

1. Scope

These GTC apply to all orders placed through the FlexWear online shop (flexwear-10043.myshopify.com). Operator: FlexWear, Luegetenstrasse 15, 6313 Menzingen, Switzerland.

2. Conclusion of Contract

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory value-added tax. We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

4. Delivery

Delivery time is 7–20 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. FlexWear is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g., customs, shipping service providers).

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The buyer bears the return shipping costs. Further details can be found in our return policy.

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights according to the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

FlexWear is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products.

8. Applicable Law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland.
